Every year legislative proposals are sent out from the Swedish government to organisations etc. for comments. ICJ-Sweden has been asked to give statements of opinion several times on legal matters and it is an honourable request to fulfil.
ICJ-Sweden is currently requested to write a report to the government on the issue of a new law on Swedish authorities, which in fact governs the entire Swedish administrative law.
