In order to concretise the mandate in Sweden, ICJ-Sweden has developed a so called Law and Policy Platform, which because of Sweden’s membership in the EU, also includes the European Union’s legal system.
For some of the topics included in the Platform, a special working group has been formed where members can participate in developing the rule of law principles in Sweden. The 2010 platform is under construction and will be online as soon as it is completed.
